We’re looking for an Operations Administrator who is highly organised, reliable, and takes pride in keeping systems accurate and up to date. This role is central to supporting the wider team, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently and information is consistently well managed.
Role Purpose
The Operations Administrator provides essential administrative support across the operations and client liaison teams. You will help maintain accurate systems, support reporting processes, and ensure key information is organised, accessible, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations and client liaison teams
Support general administrative tasks to improve team efficiency and organisation
Liaise with internal teams to ensure information is accurate, consistent and up to date
Systems & Data Management
Maintain accurate records across systems including TutorCruncher, SharePoint and internal trackers
Ensure data is regularly reviewed and updated to support operational accuracy
Organise and maintain structured filing systems for ease of access
Attendance & Reporting
Support attendance monitoring by updating records and flagging concerns
Assist with the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for internal teams and local authorities
Ensure reporting data is accurate and submitted in a timely manner
Documentation & Onboarding
Manage and organise documentation including contracts, student information and compliance records
Support onboarding processes by checking documentation and maintaining accurate records
Ensure all required information is complete and correctly stored
Communication & Coordination
Support inbox management, ensuring queries are directed appropriately and responded to in a timely manner
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination across functions
Candidate Profile
Essential Attributes
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Comfortable working with systems and maintaining accurate data
Reliable and consistent in approach to administrative tasks
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and willing to support across different areas of the team
Desirable
Experience in an administrative or operations support role
Familiarity with CRM or database systems (e.g. TutorCruncher)
Experience working in education, recruitment or a service-based environment
